The crew that came out today was great, but this was the 3rd time in less than a year to get the repairs done right! $5600.00 for a sliding glass door seems a lot and then for it to take 3 repairs after the installation seems excessive but these guys today were great, wish they were the first ones to come out lol!

Excellent salesperson came to the house and explained the options. Easy contract and good financing terms. Expert measurer came to the house to make sure the windows would fit. Window orders came as ordered and sooner than promised. Installers were efficient knowledgeable and friendly. It took them about 6 hours to install eight windows. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything in good order. They explained how the windows work and gave information concerning how to stain and varnish them. They could not have provided better service. 3/31/26- Had some trouble matching the stain. These were very hard to stain but fold down feature made it doable. Rooms are much easier to heat and cool. Windows operate easily. Had a problem with one but it was replaced entirely within 1 week. Excellent service.
