Jacob and Vlad come by today to fix a small issue on one of our doors. Thé did a fabulous job. Wouldn’t leave until they made sure everything thing was perfect!!

We just had our new windows installed. The process went really smooth and the quality of service was excellent. Our sales representative, Steve Brikman, showed all the options and helped us to find the most appropriate based on our needs. The project manager, Jim Damolidis, was taking care of the installation process, from beginning to end, making sure everything was perfect. Fedar and Ilya installed 15 windows and a patio door in a 2-storey house. They were very quick and professional. During our last visit, we had the Service Technician Jose Landazuri, who helped us resolve some concerns and gave us some extra recommendations. I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised by the whole process and the final product. Kudos to the team.

We were experiencing drafts from our patio door, front door, and master bedroom windows for quite a while. Someone had come previously but wasn’t able to fix the issue, so we called the office again—and we’re so glad we did. Jose came today and fixed both the patio door and the front door right away. Later in the day, one of his appointments was canceled, so he returned the same day to repair the master bedroom window. He brought Vlad with him, and together they were able to finish everything quickly and efficiently. Both Jose and Vlad were wonderful to work with. They explained everything clearly, fixed all the issues, and cleaned up after themselves. They were professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond. We’re already noticing the difference—no more drafts and the house feels much warmer. We’re very impressed and highly recommend Jose and Vlad!

Sales and installers were excellent. However; management ignored to address my deficiencies. They ignored my calls. They gave me promises to inspect my one deficient window. Three month later, they did will come and check my complaint and window. They stood me up on 3 occasions. To this day, they did not address my complaint. I spent nearly $39k. Once they got their money, they never cared. I now feel cheated.

I am extremely impressed with the customer service I have received from day 1. They 100% stand behind their product. My front entry door was replaced today due to some imperfections. The men were punctual, professional and knowledgeable. They were conscientious of their finished product! You get what you pay for! Thank you Renewal by Anderson!

We had our front door replaced which wasn't an easy task. After a couple of adjustments Jose Landazuri was here today to fix and adjust our door he explained everything in detail. Anderson by Renwal has very good service making sure the customer is happy.
