Men working here were great just completely fast hard working cleaned up here so well and put down all protective coverings everywhere on floor on my bed, in bathroom just impeccable . They were very professional and knew how to install my windows . Both Alexes were great and the Russian guy he was great too just top Notch people all the way . So far I am very happy with the windows

We had only one window replaced at this time, however the attention to detail from beginning to final installation has been nothing but excellent. Protection for the floors and surrounding furniture in the room was done with care.

The installation turned out to be faulty and leaking. Their corporate processes are the problem, not their windows. They claim to control the entire value chain, but that does not help if you cannot reach anybody directly over the phone, just through a call center and then the can gets kicked down the road. After a couple of weeks of trying to get their attention, they eventually sent someone to check on the leak and seal the windows, but that crew left the door to the garage open. Then it took again weeks until they came back to complete the repair. During that time, our home got mold that needed to be mitigated, which they eventually got done. All our stuff had to be packed and cleaned and that caused massive expenses which they have promised to pay, but never did, again probably due to their corporate processes. So today Nov 21, 2025 I had them served with summons in small claims court. Maybe they listen to a judge.

I would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen for window installation. The crew was extremely professional, punctual, and very respectful of my property. The entire installation went seamlessly with very little disruption to me. Their cleanup was absolutely impeccable — you’d never know they were here except for the beautiful new windows! From start to finish, the communication was excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
