I'm super excited to be working with this company. They literally are making my dream come true for the front door I have always wanted. I can't wait till it's installed. Phil Sheperd came out today to do the measurements. Not only was he early which worked out great since I had a meeting moved up to the schedule time at 2pm. Phil was great to work with. He was very detailed going through everything after he did the measurements. It was a pleasure working with him. So far so good with the sales rep Skye Jones and Phil Sheperd. These guys are awesome. Looking forward to the install day.

The at-home consultation and sales pitch performed by Chris went quite well. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and patient. Chris scheduled the measurement appointment with Jordan, who was efficient and also patient. I had a lot of questions for both of them. We are looking forward to the installation in January!

Renewal by Andersen representative, Chris, came out to our house to show us our options for replacing all of our windows. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He answered all of our questions, took measurements, showed us a working model of the windows we were discussing, and provided the full cost to manufacture, remove the old windows, and install the 58 windows. We expect the installation to take place in early March. Great company to work with!

Renewal was great! Arron came out and did his “pitch” so to speak. He was awesome. There was absolutely no pressure. He provided options and answered all our questions! He came when he said he would be here, and he followed up with us. We actually had a couple of follow up’s with the folks from Renewal. I really appreciate the professionalism and “no high pressure” pitch and have no doubt that we are getting a quality product! Great folks!!!
