The crew with Andy in charge arrived on time & ready to replace the 5 big bay windows & the half moon window . The 1st thing they did was cover our carpet , & put plastic all around the work area! Then started to remove 4 big windows then install them & sealed , put the inside & outside trim ! By noon then Mason & his crew came to help because of the bad weather coming in the next day, to assist doing the big center window &the half moon window , that had the rotten wood around it they worked together installed the new wood then put the windows in & sealed everything, put in the insulation & foam , trim& molding ! They got the job done by 4:30 thank you guys very much ! I ran a shop for 25 years , I would hire all of the men that worked on our project !! Thanks Andy, Billie, Dominic,Travis,Jessy,Mason,Conner. I recently had almost all of my remaining old lead windows replaced through Renewal by Andersen. The price is high, but I’d rather pay for quality now than deal with traditional vinyl windows that have failing seals, shotty caulking, and need to be replaced every ten to fifteen years. Over time, it ends up costing about the same while giving you less energy efficiency and multiple installs going the handyman Menards route. The CEO and corporate executives could take a pay cut and still be very wealthy, pass the savings onto the crews, and make these windows far more affordable than what these companies are currently charging. The process was fantastic from consultation to finish. I really liked getting text updates by an human rather than AI/robot. Andy, Dominic, and Travis handled the install and they were excellent. They showed up on time, kept everything clean, and Andy explained exactly what they were doing. They even finished an hour early. The caulking looks flawless and my family and friends have noticed. When I’m finally able to replace the last lead picture window, I’ll be requesting the same installation crew if they’re still available.

We had RBA install all new windows. The old windows didn't leak but could see obvious ware. We decided to get them replaced and we are talking 7 years ago at $25,000. On only one side of our house. Not the entire house. A couple months later the windows started to leak. We called numerous times with someone always coming out to check the problem. Never resolved still leaked. When I say leaked it wasn't a little leak but lots of water in my house. Call after call.... no solution. I just simply lived with this issue. Keep in mind my windows never leaked before RBA. Years later I called a different window replacement company and told them my issue. They said you need to call RBA to take care of that problem its under warranty... Call RBA who tells me they didn't do the work someone else did. I'm sorry but when I called to get new windows I 100% called RBA not Packerland. Didn't even know who they were. Fast forward.. I have had many many many RBA so called professionals come look at the issue. Finally they said they would come fix the problem. Keep in mind many years later after many people looking at the problem. Ok... guys come over to fix my leaking windows to say they cant do it. Its our cedar siding that's the problem. We need to take it all down before they can fix the windows. I'M SORRY... IT TOOK 7 TEARS AND COUNTLESS INSPECTIONS TO FINALLY COME UP WITH THIS RESULT? 7 YEARS????? Renewal by andersen has no idea how to install windows. My $25,000. 7 years ago for leaking windows that didn't leak before we put in the new ones will now cost me another $25,000. Plus. Renewal by andersen is taking no responsibility for this. .
