Windows are fabulous, the crew installing them were amazing! Polite and respectful of our home, cleaned up very well after themselves inside and out. Will be returning a returning customer and will request the same installation crew!

Joe & Cole installed my new patio doors today. They were absolutely fantastic!! Doors look great, super friendly & polite, and their clean up was amazing!! I highly recommend these guys!! Couldn’t have had a better experience.

Had 13 windows replaced, circa 1988....... Joe and Cole did an excellent job..professional, on-time, great communication about all aspects of the process. We are SO happy with the product and would highly recommend them. They were very respectful of our time and space, as we were in the home as they worked in 5 rooms of our house! They even did some troubleshooting on a previous Renewal by Anderson sliding door while they were here!

The window quality is good. However, the installation was mediocre. They used filthy runners to "protect" my floor. My hardwood floors were so dirty when they removed them that there was literally a path of loose dirt that corresponded exactly to where the runners were. Hardly protecting the floors when loose dirt is ground into the floors when people walk over the runners. But what is most disappointing is that my blind no longer fits. So now on top of the outrageous cost of the window, I have to spend a lot more money to replace my blind. Extremely disappointing. I am having huge regrets.

Adrian and his crew showed up on time and prepared for my install. They demonstrated ultimate professionalism all day. Disruption to my day was minimal and the care and cleanliness of our install was above and beyond. This was as good as I could have ever expected. I would give the whole process a perfect 10!

Volodymyr and Artem were very polite, friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I was impressed with their skill level, because our house and windows are relatively old and required additional steps. We would hire them again.

We just had 4 windows installed by Ryan with Proper Renovation. He came on time and worked without taking a break. His quality of work is outstanding. The wood framing around the windows was exact. When the Bloomington inspector came he said, after he had inspected the windows, that he knew they would be installed perfectly because he has worked with Ryan in the past. I love my new windows and how they look.
