This is my second time using RBA. My liaison Laura was excellent! The installers were efficient and did quality work. My only feedback is that the person who came out to do the final measurement of the windows was not friendly and was gruff.

Purchase and measuring processes went smoothly. Install was a bit "rocky." Installers had a poor understanding of English. Some inside clean-up wasn't done. Installers had to be urged to clean adhesive off of window exteriors. Caulking, exterior especially, was not of true professional quality.

The crew showed up on time and were efficent, professional and knowledgeable. They did a phenomenal job replacing all 19 windows in our home, including converting three double hung windows into a gorgeous bay window amd converting two sets of double hung windows into one big beautiful slider window each. The team worked tirelessly to get the job done perfectly. In additon, our sales rep was very dedicated and followed us through our entire project. He took the time to ask what we wanted and worked through each window in detail. We would reccomend Renewal by Anderson to anyone considering new windows.

The door with sidelights was installed by a very good installation crew however we ordered an electronic key pad and was told Yale lock was the company that contracted with Anderson. The lock we received was not what we ordered. Worked fine for one day and stopped working. Kept unlocking and the manual mechanism inside did not work at all causing a major safety issue with my family and I unable to exit. Yale lock said due to the manufacturing of Anderson door Yale is the only electronic lock available. After numerous calls to Anderson a repair person came to look at the lock and the technical term was he MICKEY MOUSED the lock so I can now exit my home. Schedule with Anderson in a few days. I had Anderson windows install a window and I want to take the time to thank them for an outstanding job from the start to finish nothing but excellent work from the crew and constant communication between Anderson windows during the process. I highly recommend you consider Anderson windows for your next major window door or whatever project
