We have built over 100 years of Great Brand Recognition by providing superior service to customers and products with proven performance -We are accredited by the Better Business Bureau and recognized by JD Power for the “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Window and Patio Door Manufacturer Brands” Duties of the position include: · Help manage the Installation and Service schedule · Keep in constant contact with homeowners and Install teams · Monitor ship reports and finance reports · Confirmation calls and status calls to be made for all install and service appointments · Follow up calls made to ensure all homeowners are delighted with their install or service. · Post daily communication with Homeowners via our in-house system · Maintain Calendar with daily/weekly/monthly task · Check email periodically throughout the day and respond in a timely manner · Participate in weekly operations meetings · Participate in monthly installer meetings · Participate in quarterly customer care meetings · Keep paperwork organized and filed away in the proper place · Answer phones - Answer telephone, determines nature of business and directs individual to appropriate staff or supplies information. · Project leader on several monthly projects as assigned by Customer Experience Manager · Aid Sales Reps when needed · Aid Customers – answer questions, schedule, etc.…while providing a delightful experience Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent -Minimum of 5-year customer service experience -Computer experience is a must -Basic Word and Excel spreadsheet skills -Experience with Outlook -Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships -Demonstrates ability to work and contribute to a team environment -Superior phone etiquette and verbal/writing skills -Customer orientation -Flexibility and positive outlook -Listening skills -Detail orientated is a must Job Type: Full-time Hours are 7:30am – 4:45pm Salary: $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
