Job Responsibilities – Effectively utilize a consultative approach during in-home product demonstrations – Assessing the overall home improvement project, including answering construction-related questions – Consistently following up on quotes and completed jobs – Consistently seeking out referrals from customers and community contacts – Effectively communicating job details to team members – Ensuring complete customer satisfaction from sale to the completion of the project – Ability to work 3 evenings per week and 1-2 Saturdays per month during busy season Required Skills – A genuine interest in home improvement and remodeling – Ability to think critically and solve problems – Ability to self-manage time and activities to meet deadlines, goals, quotas, and customer requirements – Self-starter and motivated to perform at the highest levels – Ability to build relationships through instilling confidence, sharing information, and meeting commitments – Effective communication through clear and accurate messages and active listening – Ability to record accurate measurements and translate measurements into a visual layout and scope of work – Well-organized and consistent follow through in handling details, documentation, records, requests, and processes Compensation and Benefits: – Fully-commissioned/performance-based compensation. – Health insurance – Company-matched SIMPLE IRA retirement plan
