Consumer Finance Credit Specialist - Austin, TX

Responsibilities

- Provide support to sales process by securing secondary financing in a timely manner to satisfy homeowner lending needs. 
- Manage financing options offered to homeowners/potential customers. 
- Interact with customers/project consultants to obtain additional credit information. 
- Effectively communicate training and monitoring of the sales force specific to the company’s credit/finance option policies and procedures.
- Manage processes and procedures for obtaining customer financials and clearing lender conditions. 
- Other job duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

- Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
- Understanding of credit lending. 
- Ability to problem solve and multitask. 
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel. 
- College Degree or equivalent finance experience preferred. 
- Minimum 2 years’ consumer credit lending or unsecured loan processing experience; required. 
- Nights/Weekend availability required.

Pay $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
