Richmond Window is seeking to fill a rapidly expanding accounting department with mature full time, experienced accounting assistants.
Job Details
The ideal candidate will have construction background and will be able to work well in a fast -paced energetic environment with a positive attitude. Attention to detail and accuracy required. This position requires the candidate to work well in a team environment, with multiple clients and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities include: • Must have working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) • Process new contracts and enter into database • Verify customer’s financing and process payments • Update and maintain customer database • Assist in handling monthly reports and audits • Process change orders and contract addendums • Communicate with customers and sales team via phone and email as necessary • Additional supportive administrative duties as necessary Requirements: • Strong attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Must be able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment Experience: • Must have 1-3 years of experience working in Accounting/Bookkeeping • Construction/Home Improvement Background a plus • 1-3 years working in an office environment • 1-3 years working with Excel Benefits: • Company paid Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • 401K • Paid Time Off This job is ideal for someone who is: • Dependable • Detail – Oriented • Flexible/Adaptable • Autonomous/Independent – enjoys working with little direction Job Type: Full-time with opportunity for overtime Salary Range: $17-$18 / hour.
