Duties include: -Providing service and repair on previously installed window and door products. -Analyzing customer situations and determining corrective actions to be taken and ensuring customer satisfaction. -Keeping track of all service orders and maintain communication with customers. -Follow established company guidelines and procedures regarding work performed. -Maintain inventory of all service parts and replenish as necessary. -Occasionally performing new installations. Qualifications Needed: -2-3 years of window installation, carpentry finishing and/or remodeling experience. -High School Diploma or equivalent. -Proven track record of superior workmanship. -Customer service skills.
