Warranty Coordinator

We are looking for a someone to join our team and ensure smooth warranty operations by coordinating across teams, tracking parts and repairs, maintaining accurate records, and delivering timely, professional customer support through clear communication and efficient documentation
Job Details
What You’ll Be Doing: Capture accurate documentation of customer interactions and documents into the systems Work closely with the installation, service and warranty teams Submit all warranty billable items in a timely manner Enter warranty work orders in the system Maintain customer warranty files Ensure parts are available for warranty service Order and ship warranty parts to vendors Track warranty repairs and parts in the system Answer phones, email and texts What You’ll Bring: Team player Ability to prioritize tasks Proven problem-solving skills Customer service Sales support Order processing Experience in the construction and / or facility management field preferred Knowledge of windows, parts and warranty procedures and installation processes a plus Ability to multi-task and prioritize among assignments with a strong adherence to deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be organized, detail oriented and self-motivating Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point Positive attitude a must
