Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia is now looking for an Order Entry Associate to join our Operations Team! Job Duties Include: -Collaborating with team members to ensure accuracy in placement of orders of windows and doors -Data Entry in our proprietary order entry systems -Scanning, uploading, and filing -Communication with manufacturing on special order requests and follow up as needed -Taking inbound customer calls and making follow up outbound calls -Supporting other members of Operations Team when required Job Requirements Include: -2+ years in data entry/product ordering -Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel etc. -Ability to quickly learn and master new routines and procedures -Open to learning and adapting to new technologies -Adaptive to change Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
