Brand Ambassador | Lead Generator

Primary Responsibilities: 
-Represent the company at local retail locations and weekend events such as tradeshows and festivals 
-Accountable for post event follow up, phone/email/text using CRM
-Actively engage with the public to identify home improvement needs
-Answer general questions and stimulate interest in our products
-Gather applicable detailed information for appointment setting purposes
 
Qualifications: 
-Reliable Transportation (Required)
-Must have a smartphone to use for text, email, photographs, and frequent communication/check in with manager 
-Must be capable of being on your feet for 4-6 hours 
-Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasions
-Outgoing Personality/ Ability to drive a conversation
-Sales, marketing experience beneficial, but not required
-Must be 18 years or older
-Completion of a video interview assessment as part of the application.  

How to prepare: 
1.) You will receive an email inviting you to complete the first interview in our process. 
2.)Set aside 15-20 minutes for the self-guided assessment that includes questions and games. 
3.) Find a quiet place to record and be camera-ready. 
- You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer with your camera and microphone enabled. 
- You’ll answer questions with 1 minute to prepare, 3 minutes to respond, and 1 opportunity to re-record. 
- Share your skills and experience, and bring your personality to the interview. 
- Our hiring needs are immediate, so please complete this as soon as possible to be considered.
 
Compensation and Benefits:
-$21.50/hr. plus uncapped weekly bonus!
