Service Administrator - Tempe, AZ

Responsibilities

- Ensure all service orders and stock item requests are processed within 24 hours.
- Review and confirm all ship dates in rForce using BAAN confirmations on a daily basis.
- Send detailed order invoices and/or balance collection emails to homeowners.
- Quote all billable products and send homeowner invoices within 24 hours.
- Manage and submit warranty reimbursement requests for completed service.
- Create service requests for product reorders as needed..
- Review and verify work orders for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all required information, documentation, and approvals are included before processing or closing.
- Identify and correct work order errors or discrepancies.
- Support other ad hoc projects and requests as necessary.
- Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of administrative duties.
- Ability to meet strong deadlines and to work independently.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
- A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task.
- Flexible and resilient to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities and changing business conditions.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an office environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with Renewal by Andersen products and applications.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
