Digital Marketing Associate

1.Digital Campaign and Website Management
In collaboration with internal marketing and creative teams:
-Social media marketing, advertising, and branding on all major platforms to drive lead generation, talent acquisition, customer referrals, and online reviews
-Relationship-building in local communities, neighborhoods, and organizations to build brand awareness
-Travel throughout Central VA for content-capturing at events and neighborhood projects
-Website management with external agencies
-SEO and PPC campaign management with external agencies
-Digital Content Calendar creation and management

2.Analysis/Reporting
-Assisting in development and execution of an annual marketing plan
-Regular reporting from Google Analytics/AdWords
-Competitive analysis in the Central Virginia market to provide insights/implications for our own best practices
-Recurring optimization of social media platforms through analytics
-Assist with media tracking reports, tracking spreadsheets & call logs
-Evaluate marketing platform and campaigns by conducting and interpreting data

3. Collaboration
-Provide guidance for internal teams on best practices, training, creation of guidelines
-Collaboration with Creative Marketing Manager on optimization of content for digital campaigns
-Collaborate with internal teams as well as external vendors to drive both employee engagement and lead generation


We are looking for:
-3+ years of experience in lead generation, local community-building, audience engagement and growth on social media platforms to include Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest
-Experience with Google Analytics and AdWords, Hootsuite, social media insights & management, digital campaign structures and metrics
-Experience in content creation using Canva or similar
-Knowledge of web publishing, experience using WordPress
-Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Very fast learner and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
-Team-oriented and positive mindset
-Very keen attention to detail; Strong data visualization skills
-Ability to independently complete tasks on-time and efficiently
-Ability to travel out of state, 2-3 times per year
-Ability to commute to the office daily with flexibility of telecommuting 2-3 times a week
-New ideas and processes to grow the business!
