Responsibilities
· Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations; install window and door replacements; adapt product specifications to the installation requirements; utilize a thorough knowledge of all Renewal products
· Service and repair previously installed RbA products
· Make recommendations for process improvement
· Keep current on RbA product and installation process changes
· Inventory service stock area of warehouse and request material replenishment as needed
· Accurately measure dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors.
· Complete and submit required paperwork that is neat, accurate, thorough, and completed in a timely manner;
· Portray a professional image with clothing, vehicle, and actions within the home;
· Provide a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
· Must have some experience using tools and working on home improvement projects
· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for great customer service.
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and quick deadlines.
· Willingness to train for advancement opportunities preferred
· Must have a clean driver’s license and driving record for the past 5 years
· Must be willing to undergo a drug test and background check
